April 27-29, 2007 — In a follow-up to our April 25 story about how the federal government is able to track those who are prescribed anti-depressant controlled drugs, we have learned that the capability to track such drug users is far more widespread than first reported. ABC News first admitted that senior federal sources revealed that federal records were checked to find out about Virginia Tech killer Cho Seung Hui’s history of anti-depressant use — the search having turned up negative results. ABC News then reversed itself and said there was no such tracking system.
Under Progressive Community Treatment (PACT) laws, individuals enrolled in mental health programs are automatically reported to authorities when they either fail to renew their anti-depressant prescriptions or fail to keep a mental health appointment. The first such mental health reporting program, called the Texas Medication Algorithm Program (TMAP), was initiated in Texas by then-Governor George W. Bush as a program to screen mental patients for mandatory psychotropic drug use. According to our sources in the mental health community, a private company, Comprehensive NeuroScience, Inc., tracks mental health patients and their psychotropic drug prescriptions and, furthermore, law enforcement has access to this data. Comprehensive NeuroScience (CNS) is a subsidiary of Big Pharma firm Eli Lilly, a company that has close financial links to the Bush family. As far as the federal government reporting to ABC News that Cho had no records in their systems concerning anti-depressant use, they failed to consider the records of CNS, which tracks those who have prescriptions for anti-depressants. If Cho’s drugs were legally prescribed, our sources say the records would be held by the CNS system. Patients who stop their anti-depressant drug use often become extremely violent, a condition known as "discontinuation syndrome."
A number of school shooters were later discovered to be on legally-prescribed psychotropic drugs. Columbine High School shooter Eric Harris was on Luvox; Springfield, Oregon high school shooter Kip Kinkle was on Prozac; and Conyers, Georgia shooter T. J. Solomon was on Ritalin.
Cho would have been tracked in his anti-depressant drug use if his prescriptions were legal.

I have an interesting bit to add to the dangers of prozac. A friend of mine has a friend who used to be a Navy Seal. He served in Grenada, Panama and the Gulf War. These are the only conflicts that he will talk about so I’m sure there are many others. His experiences as you can imagine, are awesome and very disturbing. At this time I will tell you what his experiences was with Prozac.
Nearing the end of his impressive career he was shipped off to somewhere in the Pacific rim (the Philippines I believe) which was to turn out to be his final mission. Throughout his whole career he was put through the SHIT and was assigned the most impossible tasks because he was one of the few of the Elite of the Elite of the Seals. He was a part of what was called RED CELL. Former Seal, Richard Marchinko authored 5-6 novels titled Rogue Warrior, much to the Navy’s displeasure. His nickname was Half-pint and was the smallest Seal in history. He stood 5’5”. He always sensed that they (the Seals) were expendable and found this to be true and not a moment too soon.
Like I said, he was the best of the best and saw probably too much. To guarantee his silence, death or incapacitation was the Navy’s solution. Come the end of his final mission(tour), Half-pint was the only one remaining who was from his original squad. All of his "teammates" whom he had started out with, the original core of his buddies who went through the same Shit, were strangely either dead or vegetables in some military hospital. Bethesna (sp) most likely.
At the end of his mission and back aboard ship, they set sail to return to the continental U.S. As usual he and his teammates were exhausted and psychologically disturbed after being put through that which was worse than hell (the Shit). They all received the standard checkout by the ship’s surgeon who then prescribed medication to cope with the horrid stresses common among Special Forces operatives.
On his way back to his quarters from the surgeons office, he had a look at the prescription and the dose. When he saw what had been prescribed to him and the dose, he did a 180 and marched back to the surgeon’s office. He was livid. He stormed back into the office and slammed the bottle of pills on the surgeon’s desk and tore into the doc. The prescription was for PROZAC and at TWICE the normal (safe) dose. Using language that I’ll omit, Half-pint asked, "What the F–k is this?"
You see, each Seal has their own area that they excel in. Its a specialty like sniping or explosives or language skills. It just so happened that Half-pint was a MEDIC! That’s why he asked the doc what the hell was going on. PROZAC at the dose prescribed to Half-pint (TWICE the normal dose) TURNS YOUR BRAIN TO JELLO. That is why many of his original Elite "teammates" are vegetables in some military hospital! The doc grumbled that he had made a mistake and changed the prescription or lowered the dose. One of the two. He pointed out to the doc that he had some nerve giving him that medication knowing full well that he was a medic.
That was Half-pint’s final mission and got out of the Navy soon after this incident. According to him, he is the only one remaining who isn’t either brain dead or flat out dead from his "team". Most people are brain dead so I can believe this except there are too many of them for the hospitals. They are kept in "general population" where we brain alive people mix with them on a daily basis.
Half-pint’s stories are exotically disturbing but highly informative. All through his career he felt as though he and his "teammates" were expendable. They were treated like shit and not once was there any bit of GLORY through it all. The Prozac was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I have other highly informative stories to share with everybody from Half-pint’experiences at your request.

Only George Washington appointed more Justices to the Supreme Court!!
Obviously the first President had the opportunity of appointing more Justices because the Constitution began with him. Washington appointed 11 Justices and Roosevelt came in a close second with 8 appointments. Had Roosevelt served out his 4th term he would have appointed a grand total of 9 Justices!!

Rockefeller was planning on stealing the Presidency during the Twin Towers construction!!
Nelson Rockefeller was elected governor of New York State in 1959. Together with his brother David, he planned and financed the building of the Towers. The Towers were completed just as before he was ready to assume the Presidency without an election:

As we stated earlier, Rockefeller knew that the Twin Towers would have a very short life span so why go crazy with small details like structural integrity. Right after the assassination of President Kennedy on Nov. 22, 1963, he introduced the 25th Amendment to the Constitution. This Amendment would allow Rockefeller to steal the Presidency without an election.
Had President Ford been assassinated, Rockefeller would have assumed the Presidency in 1975. Once in the Office of President, Rockefeller could serve as President until 1980. At any time during these 5 years, he could have ordered the demolition of the Twin Towers. Of course at that time the terrorists would have been COMMUNISTS or Reds and WW III would begin. With Rocky as President, Sept 11 could have happened anytime from 1975 to 1980.

Pedro Arrupe was from the Basque region of Spain—the same part of the country as the first General, Don Ignatius LIEola. Arrupe was elected General for life in 1965 and was removed by Pope John Paul II in 1981. He was the first Black Pope ever to be removed from office. Since the founding of the Jesuits by Don Ignatius LIEola and Don Francis Borgia in 1534, many, many White Popes have tried in vain to curtail the power of the Jesuit Generals. Bush) became de-facto President as Ronald Reagan became the acting President. The family of the assassin John Hinckley, Jr., had close ties with skull and bonesman George Bush. After the shooting of the Pope, Reagan and the Pope had something in common and they became good friends. An estimated 100,000 followers pray at the massive Dhammakaya Temple outside Bangkok Yvan Cohen for Asiaweek Never has a monk been under so glaring a spotlight. Blinking as the flash of cameras hit his eyes, Abbot Dhammachayo ran a gauntlet of photographers and TV reporters last month to give himself up to police. Thousands of the Buddhist monk’s followers had erected barricades around his vast Dhammakaya Temple outside Bangkok. After a two-day stand-off, Dhammachayo agreed to answer questions about alleged fraud, embezzlement and corruption charges against him. The abbot, who paid bail of $54,000, now awaits word on whether he will be indicted. The police say they will present their findings to prosecutors any day now. A criminal or a visionary? The press has been reveling in sordid tales of Dhammachayo’s alleged misappropriation of 600 hectares of donated land and his supposed love affairs with female followers. The 55-year-old abbot denies all the charges. He is backed by hundreds of thousands of mostly middle-class and educated devotees who are convinced that Dhammachayo is helping them on the path to inner peace and a sense of community sadly lacking in their busy lives. "Why do they attack the abbot?" asks a tearful woman worshipper. "He has done nothing wrong. Please report truthfully what they are doing to our abbot." The controversy speaks volumes about the state of Thai Buddhism, the religion followed by 90% of the country’s population. Outspoken Buddhist scholar and social critic Sulak Sivaraksa calls for reforms of the Sangha Council, the monks’ governing body, which he says should have never allowed the situation to come to this pass. "Buddhism has become mere form," he complains. "Buddhism for Thais nowadays has become a kind of superstition." He criticizes Dhammakaya Temple for promoting greed "through its emphasis on merit and promises of wealth." In his weekly sermons, Dhammachayo continues to promise a prosperous life for those who give generously to the temple. Not that Thailand’s 30,000 other temples do not accept donations. Fortune-telling and the dispensing of lucky numbers and amulets – for a fee – are common. Dhammakaya Temple differs from them in its teachings. Dhammachayo "interprets Theravada Buddhism in a way we cannot accept, in which there is a material self at Nirvana [paradise], rather than a non-self," says Tavivat Puntarigvivat, a lecturer at Mahidol University. Critics also worry that, in making meditation more accessible to the masses, the abbot has simplified it to the point that it no longer includes complicated Buddhist dhamma, or teachings. The abbot’s unabashed calls for millions of baht in donations, even during the depth of the economic crisis, have not won him many friends among traditionalists. A few families virtually bankrupted themselves after a husband or wife handed over life savings. The temple’s fund-raising techniques are sophisticated. Stands in the hangar-like prayer hall sell amulets, mini-crystal balls, books and tapes. Devotees are encouraged to buy small statues of the Buddha for placement in the temple’s chedi (stupa) for $540. Monks preach that the generous will get their money back ten-fold – 10,000 baht could beget 100,000 baht. Dhammachayo says the money does not go into his pockets but is spent on the temple. The facility stands in stark contrast to others not only in size but also in amenities. The buildings and grounds are neat and clean. No ragged dogs run around. Worshippers are served a free lunch. When the 316-hectare Dhammakaya complex is completed in February, it will be the world’s largest Buddhist temple. The abbot envisions mass meditation sessions that would harness the spiritual concentration of 1 million people to fight Mara, the ruler of the evil universe. Such visions have some critics crying "cult." Dhammachayo denies it. His supporters, many of them influential members of the community, counter that the abbot is the victim of the keepers of the status quo – traditional monks, academics, amulet sellers, businessmen, politicians and media barons. "It’s the new against the old," says businessman Manit Rattanasuwan, an adviser to the abbot. "People think Buddhists should be very solemn. But this is the new millennium. We should adapt to the next hundred years." The temple, he says, provides the "church-like" community that Dhammachayo’s followers desire. That is why the Sangha is under fire too. To begin with, says Dhammachayo’s opponents, the council should have cracked the whip much earlier (the temple was established in 1969). When it finally acted last year, the proceedings sometimes verged on the farcical. At one point, the body’s Supreme Patriarch wrote a letter that said false teachings and embezzlement of temple property were grounds for automatic and immediate disrobement. The letter did not name Dhammachayo or his temple, but to the media, which got hold of the document, the accusation was clear enough. Dhammachayo says he never received the letter. The council, whose geriatric membership has been accused of incompetence, did not act on the Patriarch’s opinion. But changes are in the air. New legislation will give the Religious Affairs Department a stronger hand in dealing with the monastic community. Stiffer rules governing monks and donation solicitations are also in the works. "There is talk of reform within the council," says the Venerable Sripariyattimoli, assistant abbot of Chandaram Temple. The reformers face a hard slog. Says Western monk Santikaro Bhikkhu: "As long as leading monks own Mercedes-Benzes and have million-baht accounts, as long as selling amulets and lottery numbers is common, as long as merit-making is marketed for the sake of getting rich, and as long as monastic titles and positions can be purchased, Thai society will be corrupted by the get-rich-quick mentality." How the Dhammachayo case is resolved will determine the course of Thai Buddhism in the 21st century. |
